Coventry Foundation Chapter 4543

Coventry Foundation Chapter 4543 was consecrated in 1946 and draws its members from several Lodges that meet in the Coventry Masonic Centre, and from some that don’t.

A distinguishing characteristic of the Chapter is the friendliness of our companions, and there are quite a few characters in the Chapter who keep us entertained in the Temple and at the festive board.

Our membership has a wide breadth of experience, ranging from Past Principals with many years of experience to newly exalted companions, who are encouraged to take up early opportunities to play an active role in the ceremony.

Coventry Foundation Chapter meets in the Coventry Masonic Centre, 165 Warwick Road, Coventry CV3 6AU. The centre has its own Bars, Dining Rooms and car parking, making it an ideal venue for Masonic activities.

It has a newly refurbished and modern Temple, offering its members comfort and space to enjoy the ceremonies. Our centre occupies an imposing Victorian building, built by the Twist Family in 1878 and now managed by an enthusiastic team of Freemasons who are very mindful of its members’ needs!

We meet on the 3rd Monday in March for our Installation, September, November and January at 6pm and have usually finished the Festive Board that follows each meeting by 10pm.

Respect, Charity, Integrity and Truth underpin everything we do in the Chapter and we look forward to meeting you.

About Us

Freemasonry is not a quasi political or religious organisation, but a means of enhancing our commitment to our social, moral and lawful duties, and our faith in a Supreme Being. The Order of the Holy Royal Arch is the climax of Pure and Antient Freemasonry. Read More
