View from the Exalted

A great day last Saturday at the Annual Convocation of the Provincial Grand Chapter of Warwickshire.

One of the highlights was to see the south-east part of the Chapter given over to ‘Exaltees of the Year’ and quite rightly our MEGS, E Comp Phil Hall gave them all a very special greeting, naming each one and generating rapturous applause from the assembled.

A message of thanks from one of those Exaltees reflects the mood of the day:-

Good Morning E. Companions and Companions…
Firstly, I would like to thank you for inviting me to the annual convocation especially to my proposer and seconder into the chapter because without you guys I would not have been part of such a fantastic day!
It was lovely to connect with so many people from near and far… the whole day made me feel very special and proud to be a member of a chapter who had so many companions being recognised by the Province for their contributions.
Have a great day
David Thomson
